Insight Global seeking reliable Construction Labourers to support general construction projects in Fort Mc Murray . This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working on an on-call basis and available for flexible shifts depending on project needs.
Labourers will assist with a variety of tasks on active construction sites, working under the direction of site leads and supervisors.
Responsibilities- Assist with general construction labour
- Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
- Move and handle materials and equipment
- Support skilled trades and site leads as required
- Follow safety procedures and site-specific requirements
- Carry out tasks as assigned on an on-call basis
- Previous construction experience
- Familiarity with construction sites preferred
- Ability to perform physical work in an outdoor environment
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible availability
- Willingness to work on an informal but regular on-call basis
- Ideal for entry-level or beginner candidates
