Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort McKay, AB, for a Sales Support Administrator. The Sales Support Administrator will assist the Hydraulic Hose team in processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing administrative duties, communicating with customers to address inquiries, and supporting sales operations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. The role is integral to delivering exceptional service to clients and contributing to the company's mission.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales operations to ensure timely and accurate order management.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and tools for maintaining records and reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the industrial or mining sectors is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a relevant field are an advantage.
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from site.
