Job DescriptionAs a registered nurse in our correctional health care team, you play a pivotal role in delivering professional nursing care in a challenging yet gratifying environment, and you will receive a $3,000 recruitment bonus.
Key Responsibilities- Assess holistic health needs, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform nursing procedures, including medication administration and emergency care.
- Collaborate on or lead health teaching and supportive counseling.
- Provide clinical direction and guide healthcare personnel.

Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing, or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. Please include your State of Iowa or Compact State License Number when submitting your application. Compact license holders are required to obtain an Iowa license within 60 days.
