Part-Time Long Term Care Transport Driver – Birkwood Village/Montrose Health Center (Ft. Madison & Montrose)

Birkwood Village-Ft. Madison/Montrose Health Center is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Transport Driver to support our residents at both the Ft. Madison and Montrose locations. This role offers 10–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling based on demand.

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other essential visits
• Ensure a comfortable, respectful, and dignified ride experience for all residents
• Embrace and uphold the mission and values of Birkwood Village/Montrose Health Center each day

• Ability to lift and/or push 50 lbs or more
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
• Availability primarily between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with potential for additional call-in hours (bonus pay available for after-hours transport)
