Overview
Store Manager. The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the store’s leadership team executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. We are hiring immediately and seeking candidates with prior supervisory experience who enjoy working as part of a management team.
Responsibilities- Serve as a member of the store leadership team, leading merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
- Develop and coach the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
- Utilize store reports and P&L information to effect positive change.
- Oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program.
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
- Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to use store reports and P&L to drive change.
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
- High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of retail management experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with automobile liability insurance during employment.
- Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $60,000.00
