Salary Range of $47,750 - $103,021 based on 25/26 Salary Schedule. We will give all years depending on experience and education with additional opportunities for tuition reimbursement.   B. S. in Education with Secondary Science endorsement/emphasis
• Will consider candidates with an elementary education endorsement if they have 24 semester hours of science or can pass the science assessment to add that endorsement; for example a B.A. in Elementary Ed with 24 semester hours of science would be eligible to be highly qualified as a middle school science teacher
• Hold or be able to obtain Colorado Teachers' Certificate/License in Secondary Science Education from Colorado Department of Education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Colorado standards and assessments and the ability to facilitate data driven instruction and the standards based classroom.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure student academic success/experience in middle school science.
• Computer and Technology skills preferred.
• Able to work as a team member/experience with Middle School science and grade level teaming is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Coaching available.
