Are you an energetic and upbeat individual with a knack for problem-solving? We want you on our team! As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in diagnosing and fixing vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address customer concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
• Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications (A1-A8 or L1) are a plus, but not required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 75 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
