Senior Fixed Asset Accountant Core Focus

• Own the fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition through retirement
• Capitalization, depreciation, disposals, transfers, and impairment analysis
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger
• The senior fixed asset accountant will partner with operations, IT, and accounting on asset tracking and capitalization policies
• Support audits through strong documentation, schedules, and controls
• Improve fixed asset processes, controls, and reporting as the company scales

Senior Fixed Asset Accountant Qualifications

• Deep hands-on fixed asset accounting experience
• Strong understanding of capitalization rules and depreciation methodologies
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining audit-ready fixed asset schedules
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliations and roll-forwards
• ERP experience (Net Suite preferred, but not required)

Salary up to $115K + Bonus
