Position Overview
This is not a retail position. Please only apply if you have experience with high-ticket sales. If you are passionate about fitness and changing lives, serious about reaching goals, and experienced with making high value sales to earn massive commissions, the Fitness Advisor position could be your opportunity. The Fitness Advisor is a vital team member, focusing on offering guidance on fitness and exercise to gym members, and selling personal training packages to help members and advocate preventative medicine.
It is important that this person be team-oriented with great communication skills, a friendly outgoing personality, and be adept with persuasive techniques and human connections. This employee will drive sales and ensure the member experience is top‑notch.

- $20.00 per appointment.
- 10% recurring monthly commissions on every personal training package sold. If you sell a $5,000 package, then you earn $500 for the one consultation.

- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Conduct 60-90 minute Fitness Consultations with members utilizing the protocol of the Pro‑Fitness Program (PFP).
- Recommend solutions to clients (based on assessment results) and sell personal training packages.
- Ensure all administrative duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing the protocol of the Pro‑Fitness Program software system.
- Ensure that the Personal Training Department delivers a memorable customer service experience by exceeding the expectations of our members.
- Effective communication with members, guests, coworkers, and managers.
- Handle cash and other transactions at the Point of Sale when processing Personal Training packages sold.
- An overall passion for sales and prior sales experience is required.
- An outgoing, friendly, vivacious, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with people of all ages.
- Strong sales and organizational skills as they form the basis of the entire position.
- Basic understanding of fitness and a personal fitness lifestyle.
- Team player who works in sync with all departments.
- Detail‑oriented as the position requires administrative work.
- Basic computer understanding and ability to learn the Pro‑Fitness Program in a reasonable amount of time (training on‑site).
- Ability to multi‑task.
