This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Consultant located in Fort Lee, NJ. The Design Consultant will engage with customers to assess their home improvement needs, provide expert advice on interior design and furnishings, and recommend tailored solutions. Responsibilities will also include showcasing products, preparing design proposals, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and project success. Collaboration with team members and managing sales processes effectively will be integral to the role.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to interact effectively with clients and drive positive outcomes.
• Strong skills in Interior Design, with experience working with Furniture and Furnishings to deliver tailored design solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Lee, NJ and collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
• Previous experience in home improvements, design consulting, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client projects efficiently.
