Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant who can confidently manage a wide range of responsibilities and keep the firm running smoothly.
You will be a key point of contact for clients and an integral support to the attorneys, handling everything from first client calls to court-ready filings.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Stays calm and effective under pressure
- Takes ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Brings solutions—not just problems
- Maintains a consistently positive, professional attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and managing incoming calls and client leads with professionalism and empathy
- Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and filing legal documents
- Preparing and organizing court filings, pleadings, and client files
- Managing deadlines, calendars, and case workflows
- Communicating with clients, courts, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate and well-organized records
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in at least one of our practice areas
- 5+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in a second language , a big plus (Korean preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 – $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications
