We are a full-service, Boutique Law Firm, specializing in commercial litigation. We are currently looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney, with previous trial experience, ideally 1st chair experience.
Qualifications- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Prior experience in one of these areas;
Real Estate, Construction, Labor & Employment, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Business & Contracts Law - Licensed in the state of New Jersey
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to;
Real Estate, Construction, Labor & Employment, Defamation, Intellectual Property, Fraud, Business & Contracts Law - Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in business disputes
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
The annual salary for this position is between 140k-170k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
