Search Engine Optimization Manager

Head of Search & Online Reputation to build and manage the firm's search footprint and reputation architecture

This role sits within the Strategic Communications team and will lead:

• Search result optimization
• Authority-building content and link strategy

• Design and execute SEO strategy across RTG brands
• Lead online reputation management and suppression campaigns
• Build search dominance for priority keywords and entities
• Manage on-site, technical, and off-site SEO
• Develop high-authority content and backlink strategies
• Monitor search results and identify emerging reputation risks
• Partner with PR to turn media coverage into durable search authority
• Produce clear reporting on rankings, authority growth, and search visibility

• 5+ years experience in SEO, ORM, or search reputation management
• Demonstrated track record improving search rankings and search visibility
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and search algorithms
• Experience running suppression or reputation defense campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to operate independently and build systems

• Experience managing SEO for multi-brand organizations
• Experience supporting founder reputation or executive visibility
• Familiarity with AI, technology, or software industries
