Financial Manager
Lead a biopharmaceutical company’s financial strategy and operations to support business goals and growth. Advise CEO and Board on financial planning, risk, and governance. Supervise finance team, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS. Implement and maintain audit processes, internal controls, and risk management strategies. Optimize cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics.
Collaborate with business units to align financial and operational plans. Represent finance in M&A, capital raises, and stakeholder negotiations. Use systems such as Net Suite and financial dashboards to deliver strategic insights. etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Experience:
3 years in financial management - Specific
Skills:
2 year experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, IFRS, GAAP and FP&A
Salary: $195,811/ year
