Are you ready to own paid media performance in one of the most dynamic regulated markets in the U.S.?

A fast-growing international digital marketing group in the iGaming and entertainment space is seeking a PPC Manager to lead acquisition strategy for the New Jersey market. If you’re experienced in data-driven performance marketing and passionate about optimizing ROI in regulated environments, this is your opportunity to shape acquisition strategy and drive measurable growth.


Work Mode
: 100% Onsite (Hybrid, Remote not available)

As a PPC Manager, you will own planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, display, and social channels for this key U.S. market. You’ll collaborate with analytics, content, and design teams to deliver compliant and high-converting campaigns while continuously testing and refining performance across channels.

What You’ll Do 🚀
  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and other key networks for the New Jersey market.
  • Execute data-driven strategies to maximize player acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve key KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS).
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B tests to identify scaling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective ad copy and visuals tailored to local audience behavior.
  • Ensure all ads and campaigns comply with U.S. iGaming regulations, advertising guidelines, and responsible gaming standards.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and media spends to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
What We’re Looking For 🎯
  • 3+ years of PPC or paid media management experience, ideally within iGaming, betting, or digital entertainment.
  • Proven expertise with campaign management tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data visualization, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
  • Understanding of U.S. market and regulatory nuances, especially within the New Jersey region.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for performance optimization.
