Serves as the Director of the Engineering Directorate as the principal advisor and senior subject matter expert to the Agency Executive Director (SES level
3) and Deputy Director (SES level
2) regarding the overall management of the DeCA-wide facility Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, modernization, and Energy programs.

Duties- Lead DeCA's worldwide engineering, construction, maintenance, modernization, and energy programs in alignment with DoD and agency goals.
- Develop and enforce engineering policies, design criteria, and construction standards for all DeCA facilities.
- Represent DeCA in high-level coordination with federal agencies, military services, and industry partners.
- Direct and evaluate the work of subordinate supervisors and technical staff across dispersed engineering programs.
- Oversee planning, execution, and quality assurance of major facility design and construction projects.
- Ensure environmental compliance and stewardship across all DeCA facilities and projects.
