Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager (Temp-to-Perm) – High Visibility Opportunity Fort Lee, NJ (100% On-Site) $90,000 – $100,000 (Temp-to-Permanent) Immediate Need

LHH is working with a rapidly growing and highly successful distribution company in their search for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join their team in Fort Lee, NJ. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where the right professional will work closely with leadership and play a key role in strengthening and scaling the company’s finance and accounting operations.

• Oversee and support monthly close activities
  , reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Review and maintain general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and variance review
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls as the company continues to grow
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial operations and strategic initiatives
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
