Salary: $22.99 - $23 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours:

8 AM - 5 PM

Education:

Bachelors

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Track and monitor shipments in transit
• Communicate with carriers and shippers
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and damages
• Handle transportation-related customer concerns
• Audit freight bills for accuracy
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred
• Diploma or Associate’s Degree required;
  Bachelor’s Degree a plus
• Years of experience: 1 year
