We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Terminal Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our terminal operations, ensuring products are handled, loaded, and shipped efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Drive operational efficiency:
  Manage and optimize daily terminal operations.
• Master material flow:
  Oversee safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk materials.
• Maintain machinery:
  Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Champion safety:
  Uphold Cemex’s rigorous safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Deliver outstanding service:
  Act as key contact for customers, resolving inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate for success:
  Work closely with logistics team to optimize schedules and resources.
• Mentor and develop:
  Assist in training new team members.

• High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in welding, electrical work, or maintenance are a plus.
• Preferred experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid understanding of safety regulations.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude with ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
• Capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and operating equipment daily.
• Work in diverse environments including outdoor industrial operations.
