About the Opportunity

We’re a leading private aviation charter company, and we’re looking for a dedicated Lead Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. You’ll help us uphold the highest standards of safety and excellence across our fleet, including the Beechjet 400A and Hawker 800XP. If you’re passionate about precision, mentoring technicians, and ensuring full FAA compliance, this is a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact in corporate aviation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform maintenance on our corporate jets, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Mentor and support our maintenance team while enforcing FAA and company standards.
• Manage maintenance records, work orders, and return-to-service documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate with management on aircraft status, schedules, and operational needs.
• Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and inspection aids in the hangar.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with calibrated testing equipment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for varied work hours.
• Preferred:
  Experience on Beechjet 400A / Hawker 800XP.
• Ability to relocate or commute reliably to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
