Job Description
:

Performs a variety of skilled duties in building trades, such as painting, carpentry, minor electrical work, or other recognized crafts, to maintain and repair the building.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Assist and perform semi-skilled tasks related to maintenance, repair, and construction for the upkeep of the building.
  • Assist and perform installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in basic building maintenance trades, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, flooring, and mechanical tasks.
  • Assist and perform in the construction, installation, and maintenance of roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, shelving, marker boards/chalkboards, tack boards, and other structures.
  • Prepare and paint walls and woodwork, perform refinishing, install or repair carpets, and carry out custodial duties as required.
