Currently seeking Service Technicians with skills in handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry to join one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations. Our client is looking for skilled and dependable carpenters and technicians; this is a career opportunity, not a short‑term position.

• Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, and window cleaning.
• Remodel modular buildings.
• Inspect and replace framework using carpentry skills.
• Tile prep and installation.
• Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment, tools, and parts needed for service tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
• Wear and use personal protective equipment.

• Rough carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub‑flooring installation.
• Remodeling experience.
• Background and drug testing.
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed.
