We have competitive compensation for talented Master Carpenter, House Remodeler, Electrician, Plumber individual to handle Plumbing, Electrical and Home Remodeling duties. Must be skilled in all four trades and pass inspection on all the jobs. Have 5 to 10 years' experience.

We Offer:

• Great pay based on experience $27.00 - $29.00 per hour. Part - Time.
• Run your own company truck, we provide the company vehicle with expenses paid.

Requirements:

• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, remodeling homes and renovation methods.
• Experience in project management with plumbing, electrical and remodeling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform inspections of plumbing, electrical systems and be able to fix any problems.
• Proficient with construction materials and using hand and power tools.
• Must remodel bathrooms, kitchens, lay tiles and flooring, paint, install drywall, install windows / doors, and carpentry.

Qualification:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities, work quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure, work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record.
• Valid social security number.
• Must have a work portfolio with pictures.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment, and being on ladders.
