Under the direction of the Plumber / Irrigation Mechanic, the incumbent adjust repairs, troubleshoots and maintains all facilities plumbing system and applications. Must have knowledge of local plumbing codes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books.
• Conducts walk – through inspections, of domestic water systems to include water booster pumps, gauges and boiler temperature readings
• Repairs showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps and on and off-site facilities
• Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment
• Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate
• Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately
• Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good, clean, operating order
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Performs all duties as assigned.

High school diploma, trade school certificate preferred as well as minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience with commercial / industrial plumbing or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
