• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$22 an hour, plus overtime opportunities (time-and-a-half for hours over 40)

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to restore a house to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

Since then, a new service offering and four growing locations in West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, and Houston have broadened our reach.
