Position OverviewSeasoned Commercial HVAC Technician – Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Excellent problem‑solving, strong customer service, and active EPA Certification required.
Job Responsibilities- Diagnose causes of problems and failures in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and food service equipment, identifying repair or replacement needs.
- Perform maintenance, install new units, and replace parts for systems ≥15 tons.
- Maintain and service larger PM contracts with more than 5 units.
- Repair or replace defective parts and associated controls.
- Service and troubleshoot mini‑splits and/or smaller RTUs
