Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an FTO Armed Security Site Supervisor
.

The FTO Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The FTO Armed Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services for an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and participate in performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.).
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager and assist in identifying and interviewing quality candidates.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management (e.g., Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports).
• Support crisis management at the client site in a calm and efficient manner.
• Maintain intermediate computer skills to operate client-specific technology and systems.

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.
• 2+ Years of Security Experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License.
• Supervisory Experience.
• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• Good computer skills including Excel, Word and some database programs including Win Team.
• Willing to work weekends if needed.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• As a condition of employment, must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management.
• Communicates staffing needs to the Operations Manager (including using the Requisition process) and assists in identifying and interviewing quality candidates.
• Able to train and develop officers in technical and professional skills; includes performance management and coaching.

• $20.00 Hourly Payrate
• Available Shift: 9am-5pm
• Afternoon / Morning shifts as available
