Regional Sales Manager - South Florida

Jorgensen Laboratories LLC, a specialty instruments, capital equipment and medical supply company, is seeking an initiative-taking, experienced, energetic, and creative candidate as Regional Sales Manager for the South Florida territory. This position reports to the National Sales Manager.

• Demand creation and grow sales in territory.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and budget.
• Responsible for selling equipment and supplies through distributors to veterinary clinics.
• Support distributor reps and provide training as needed.
• Attend regional distributor sales meetings and participate in training events.
• Organize seminars, educational meetings, CE events, etc. with targeted veterinarians.
• Develop relationships with veterinary schools (faculty, students, etc.).
• Provide regular feedback to management.
• Have solid knowledge of product line and services offered.
• Represent Jorgensen at various trade shows and meetings.
• Prepare and make presentations at National Sales Meetings.
• Provide input/feedback on marketing programs and material.
• Overnight travel required (25 to 50%).

• Animal health industry experience required. Previous job experience as a Veterinary Technician, Distributor rep, Equipment specialist or Veterinary Technician is preferred.
• Experience in developing, managing, and maintaining strong distributor partner relationships.
• Consistent and solid performance record in prior sales roles including increased level of responsibility.
• Candidate must demonstrate initiative and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and understanding of the medical, operational, and business side of veterinary practice.
• Understanding of social media and Web-based Marketing.
• Experience with cloud-based CRM, Sales Tracking and Data software.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Spanish would be considered a plus.

• Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

• The base salary range for this position is 95K-110k. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location.
