Responsibilities
  • You will own the territory covering Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding area: prospecting, developing, and expanding relationships with both existing and new accounts (dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists).
  • Grow market share to achieve and exceed the targeted revenue by presenting, promoting and selling the company s full portfolio of implant and biomaterial products.
  • Operate as a sales "hunter" by aggressively mining new opportunities, securing leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into active accounts.
  • Support a "service" mindset and act as a trusted advisor to your customers, addressing challenges, facilitating case logistics and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Represent the company at local and regional trade shows, continuing education events, and in-office clinical presentations.
Ideal Candidate

Education & Training

  • A Bachelor s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Work Experience & Accomplishments

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in dental implants or restorative dentistry, but candidates from other competitive markets will be considered.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, new business development and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong track record of building and growing customer relationships, especially within clinical/professional settings.
  • Experience working independently, managing your own schedule and territory plan.
  • A "hunter" and "competitive athlete" mentality: self-motivated, driven, resilient, and relentless in pursuit of new business.
  • Strong service orientation: you not only sell but also ensure the customer s success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written): able to engage clinical decision-makers, present compelling proposals and provide support.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills: comfortable with CRM systems, forecasting, territory analysis and reporting.
  • Technical aptitude: ability to learn product details, clinical procedures and translate them into customer benefits.
  • A valid driver s license, a personal vehicle and a willingness to travel within the territory are required.
