** We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Holman Honda in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a thorough needs analysis to identify the best vehicle options based on their preferences.
* Demonstrate vehicle features and operations to potential buyers.
* Utilize a computer database to research vehicle availability and optional equipment.
* Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to negotiate sales and handle financing or lease requirements.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory.
* Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
* Ensure customers are familiarized with their new vehicle upon delivery, answering any questions they may have.
* Provide support to the Sales Manager in resolving customer concerns and issues.

* Qualifications:

*** A strong drive to achieve both personal and team goals in a commission-based role.
* A high-energy work ethic, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Proven ability to prospect and sell in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* A professional appearance and attitude.
* At least one year of related sales experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A high school diploma (some college preferred).
* A current, valid driver’s license is required with minimal violation.
* Ability to work flexible retail hours.#LI-AK1
