Sign‑on bonus and uncapped commissions.

• Collect premiums and conduct sales of new policies through personal home visits.
• Manage and grow a book of business, prospecting new sales and earning collections commissions each month.
• Provide customer service, address service needs, and maintain compliance with insurance regulations.

The role requires a current license to sell insurance in the state and a passion for serving underserved communities. Experience in sales, customer service, and familiarity with insurance products is beneficial.
