Licensed Sales Agent – Health Insurance Alliance, LLC

Join us as a Licensed Sales Agent and help keep clients happy by ensuring they are enrolled in the best health insurance plans tailored to their needs.

Pay Range

Base Pay: $78,000 – $104,000 per year.

Location & Status

Fort Lauderdale, FL – In‑Office, Full Time (W2)

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for and support existing customers to ensure they are on the best health insurance plans that suit their personalized needs.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify common issues and work with other departments to implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert in our policies and simplify the process for customers to understand.
  • Identify opportunities to rewrite clients into more compatible health plans.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in the Health Insurance Sales industry with customer sales experience.
  • Experience selling U65 Private Health Insurance and ACA with strong product knowledge.
  • Active 2‑15 license required.
  • Tech‑savvy with experience using tools like Health Sherpa, Five9, and Zoho.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail oriented with strong active listening skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
  • Quick thinker who can take direction and feedback very well.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with a drive to succeed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices in customer retention and apply this knowledge daily.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach to customer retention.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy even under pressure.
Compensation

Starting $20 per hour plus bonus, spiffs, and overtime. Retention agents typically earn $1,500–$2,000 per week outside of Open Enrollment.
