SALES PROFESSIONAL, FLORIDA TEAM, FORT LAUDERDALE BASE

Location: Field coverage for FLORIDA. Home base location of and concentration onFORT LAUDERDALE area. Daily territory travel withsome overnight.

We’re hiring an industry-experienced (flooringor tiling installation systems) SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first, solution-driven mindsetto drive territory growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
• Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
• Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teamsto ensure exceptional customer service

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring ortiling systems required)
• Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
• High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
• High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
• Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs.(32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant work experience is required
