Position: Health Insurance Sales Agent – $80K–$120K+ Year | Inbound Leads (Residual Income)

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Agent to join our team on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Sales Agent will focus on providing personalized insurance advice, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and offering tailored coverage solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively explaining insurance options in clear and simple terms. Additionally, the Sales Agent will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, with experience in identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
  • Understanding of Insurance concepts and policies, with the ability to explain them in an accessible manner.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members or clients is an asset.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or sales are a plus.
