Overview
Sunrise Marine Group is expanding its U.S. sales operations for premium boats & yachts — with a strong focus on sport-fishing / center console /
walk-around lines for Luhrs Fishing Boats and yachts and super-yachts line for Sundeck Yachts and Tribale Yachts.
We generate a high volume of qualified inbound leads from social and web.
Your mission: turn speed-to-lead into booked demos and closed deals.
What You’ll Do- Call back every inbound lead within 5 minutes ; run fast discovery and qualification.
- Make 150–250 calls/day plus SMS/email cadences via our CRM (Go High Level ).
- Map buyer needs (center console, walk-around, trawler, repower, trade-in) and schedule showroom/sea trials for our closing brokers.
- Nurture and re-engage “cold/lost” leads with structured sequences.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene (notes, dispositions, next steps).
- Attend key Florida shows (FLIBS, Miami, Palm Beach) and occasional weekend events.
- Strong brand family (Sundeck / Tribale / Luhrs) with new model pipeline.
- Daily flow of inbound leads + marketing support.
- Clear playbook, fast decisions, and room to grow into senior sales leadership.

Must-Have- Proven phone-heavy sales (SDR/inside sales or boat/yacht sales).
- Product fluency in fishing boats & outboards ;
Florida market familiarity. - CRM discipline, urgency mindset, excellent written & spoken English;
Spanish a plus. - Resilience (high call volumes) and a consultative, service-oriented approach.
- If you will negotiate or solicit yacht transactions in Florida , you must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Florida Yacht & Ship Salesperson license and work under an Employing Broker.
- The role can also be scoped as Inside Sales (unlicensed) focused on qualification, appointment-setting, and hand-off to our licensed brokers.
- Speed-to-lead: 5 minutes on new inquiries (24/7 covered via team rotations/tools).
- 6 contact attempts within 24–48 hours per new lead.
- 15–25 daily live connects;
10–15 qualified appointments/week
