X™ is a fast-growing biotech and biologics company operating at the forefront of regenerative medicine. We’re looking for a New Business Development Executive who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to create opportunity—not wait for it
.

This is a hunter role
. You’ll be in the field visiting clinics, cold-calling, prospecting, and building your own pipeline. We provide supplemental leads weekly, but success here comes from initiative, ownership, and grit.

• Generate new business through in-person clinic visits, cold outreach, and relationship building
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Educate physicians and practice leaders on ZEO’s biologic solutions
• Build long-term provider partnerships in a high-growth biotech space
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM and collaborate with internal teams

• Experience in biotech, biologics, regenerative medicine, medical device, or pharma sales
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-sourced leads
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and follow-through
• Motivated by performance, accountability, and growth

• $73,000 base salary
• 10% commission on all sales (uncapped)
• W-2, full-time | Field/Hybrid role
