We’re looking for a motivated, curious, people-loving sales professional to partner with a senior consultant and learn the ropes of professional development sales — from prospecting and networking to client meetings and long‑term relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Work side‑by‑side with a senior sales consultant, supporting them in building and managing client relationships.
- Research and connect with organizations that could benefit from our world‑class training.
- Attend sales meetings and client sessions — learning how we help companies transform their people and culture.
- Grow your confidence, communication, and influence skills through Dale Carnegie’s legendary training (the same training that has changed millions of lives).
Who You Are
- Fast learner, confident communicator, and quick on your feet
- Competitive and self‑driven — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable making dozens of calls daily and working toward aggressive goals
- Organized, dependable, and consistent under pressure
- Energetic, personable, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people
Requirements
- Based in Southeast Florida (Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, or Palm Beach area)
- Full‑time availability (40+ hours per week)
- Able to work in‑office or remotely
- Reliable internet and phone setup for outbound calls
