Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support & Prospecting Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination for current customers, including scheduling sales travel, managing customer touchpoints, and assisting throughout the sales pipeline. You will also support targeted prospecting efforts by helping identify new opportunities and serving as an initial point of contact for potential clients.

This role is essential to ensuring a seamless, professional, and responsive experience for both existing customers and prospective accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, and appointments for the sales team
  • Manage calendars, confirm appointments, and ensure smooth communication between customers and sales reps
  • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Track leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely next steps
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
  • Research and identify new leads via online tools, databases, and outreach campaigns
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
  • Answering phone calls into the office and other general duties shared in the office as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven expertise in sales, lead generation, and client prospecting
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an on-site environment
