We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in our San Francisco office. This full‑time, on‑site role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the region. The Territory Sales Manager will lead presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and mentoring team members to optimize performance.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills for client engagement, relationship building, and addressing client needs effectively.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and achieve revenue targets.
- Skills in training and mentoring to support team development and drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales and performance metrics, with a strategic mindset for market analysis and planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus.
- Highly motivated, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
