• Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions
• Average first year income range up to $60,000 to $80,000 per year

• Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department
• Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources including TV, radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail
• Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads with a high conversion rate (up to 40%)
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
• Schedule availability needed:
  Mon-Fri 12pm–9pm; at least one weekend day (Sundays 10am–7pm and Saturdays 11am–8pm)

• At least one (1) year of experience in call center sales
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 30 WPM or more
• Ability to multitask between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
• Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
• Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
• High energy and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
