Job SummaryOur Post‑Acute Care Division offers top‑quality products to providers across the Long‑Term Care and Homecare industries. Medline serves as the main interface for many of the most commonly used healthcare products and services for our valued customers so they can care for their patients and residents in various segments, such as Nursing Home Facilities, Home Health & Hospice Agencies, and HME providers.

We have an immediate opening for a Post‑Acute Sales Representative.
Responsibilities- Call on the post‑acute care market including long‑term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.
- Sell clinical and operational solutions to all levels of decision makers including owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers.
- Sell products that include incontinence, skin care, DME, advanced wound care, and gloves.
- Develop a strong knowledge base about Medline’s large product catalog and numerous value‑added programs and services.
- Develop meaningful relationships with new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Cold‑call and prospect to develop new business opportunities.
- Present new products and initiatives; educate customers on current industry trends and regulations.
- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts.
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory—grow it like your own business.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota‑based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commission, full‑cycle sales experience; OR at least 5 years of quota‑based sales experience with the same background.
- Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization.
- Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business; build consensus.
- Complex sales strategy/approach to sell solutions across multiple levels.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Ability to present multiple product lines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Stable work history.
- Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
Anticipated compensation includes a $100,000 guarantee (or $8,333 per month) plus 100% commission and Spiffs. The position is bonus eligible, and Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
