Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Rexel USA team in Albuquerque, NM!
OverviewThe Project Manager is responsible for managing low‑complexity projects by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly. With assistance from leadership, the Project Manager owns the relationship with the customer, manages relationships with sales and vendors, and maintains clear and timely communication throughout the project.
What You'll Do- Manage all aspects of low‑profile/complex projects
- Communicate with the customer, expedite cost/short‑damage (OS&D) issues and resolve customer issues promptly
- Review purchase orders to confirm terms and conditions
- Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims, returned goods, and account management
- Expedite back‑orders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
- Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charge
- Handle day‑to‑day requests from the project and large packages from the Quotation team
- Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals
- Analyze vendors and purchase requirements to seek pricing advantages and product substitution
- Coordinate documentation requirements such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications- 1+ year of quotation, project management, or customer service experience
- Experience in the electrical distribution industry preferred
- High School or GED – Required
- Effective communication skills with customers and peers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to multitask in a demanding, time‑sensitive environment
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Result‑oriented drive
