Position Summary: The Brand Ambassador will elevate the client experience at Fontainebleau Aviation by fostering strong personal relationships. They will ensure that new clients perceive a marked difference from their previous FBO experiences and that existing clients remain loyal and satisfied.
Responsibilities- Represent the Brand:
Embody the company's values and consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with the brand image. - Cultivate Relationships:
Build rapport with clients, understand their operational needs, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement. - Facilitate Communication:
Act as a liaison between executive and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Problem-Solve:
Proactively address and resolve client concerns, utilizing available resources to ensure a positive outcome. - Represent the Company:
Articulate the company's vision and offerings confidently and comprehensively to clients and stakeholders. - Monitor Client Satisfaction:
Assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. - Provide Feedback:
Share insights and observations from client interactions with the executive team to inform decision-making in sales, marketing, leasing, and operations. - Industry Engagement:
Participate in conferences and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients. - Continuous Learning:
Demonstrate a willingness to learn about various aspects of the business and stay informed about industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of aviation experience or relevant customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with aviation software (e.g., X1, Flight Bridge) is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
