• Meet or exceed sales and territory objectives by developing and executing strategic business plans tailored to the neurology market
• Collaborate with portfolio representatives in overlapping territories to optimize customer engagement
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in neurology networks
• Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge to effectively communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information
• Attend regional and national conferences to build relationships and represent neurological initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in the neurology field
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience or 10+ years of proven pharmaceutical experience in neurology
• Current experience within the territory and knowledge of customer dynamics
• Experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to neurologists is highly preferred
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%

• Demonstrated success in managing larger, complex territories with multiple account types (private practice, academic, institutional)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
