Manager, Enterprise Sales

The Manager, Enterprise Sales is responsible for lead generation, territory penetration and value-added selling within Hotwire’s commercial services portfolio. This position builds and leads a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Executives and Account Managers across assigned commercial communities, focusing on complex strategy deals and conversion sales.

• Develop growth strategies and plans to increase client base and diversify business opportunities.
• Coach and develop the commercial sales team to optimize individual performance, team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure team members are regularly trained on products, services, policy changes and the art of consistent White Glove customer service.
• Manage relationships with BOMA and other property management associations.
• Identify and map business strengths and customer needs, including SWOT analysis.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and broaden client base.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Negotiate with stakeholders and draft business proposals as needed.
• Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
• Track industry trends locally and internationally.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Report on successes and areas needing improvement.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proven experience as a sales executive, manager, or director.
• At least 3 years’ experience with exceptional selling and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional selling and relationship‑building skills; networking adeptness.
• Strong customer relationship experience and reputation within the market.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proven record of building strong client relationships.
• Effective two‑way communication skills, including written, verbal, and telephone.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with demonstrated success in essential functions.
• Legal driving privileges and personal transportation for various locations, including weekends and evenings.
