This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, technically capable, intellectually curious and holds a deep desire to solve problems, and efficiently delivers a quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Oversee and reconcile general ledger accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintain integrity of financial data across information systems and databases
• Analyze complex business and financial data to support decision-making
• Oversee cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Prepare, review, and process weekly payroll with a high degree of accuracy
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis
