Key Responsibilities
  • You will work under a licensed mortgage professional in a productive environment
  • You will be responsible for managing communication between the parties, providing administrative support to the mortgage professional, and any other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in marketing, social media and events.
Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication
  • Strong PC Skills. Must be proficient in MS Windows, Excel, Outlook and Work. Intermediate Excel skills a plus.
  • Has some knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts and practices and procedures within the mortgage industry.
  • Ability to effectively handle simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to effectively and efficiently work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Good oral and Written Communication Skills in English and a second language.
