• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers and converting returns into larger sales.
• Proactively engage customers, read cues, and respond effectively to build a personalized shopping experience.
• Provide a perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and reinforcing product knowledge at checkout.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately and encouraging additional purchases.
• Process merchandise to be floor ready, replenish back‑room stock to brand standards, and assist with visual merchandising and housekeeping.

• Demonstrates a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Exhibits a sense of urgency and a healthy competitive spirit while maintaining a team focus.

VS&Co provides a competitive range of compensation for this role. Salary will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic region.

Minimum Salary: $15.00
Maximum Salary: $18.25
