Position: Part‑time

• Welcome all customers and set expectations with them.
• Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Accurately use technology despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root cause of issues, forward‑thinking and ensuring customers are satisfied, expectations are exceeded, and solutions are driven.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance and help keep the store clean, attractive and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management.

• High‑school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer‑service skills: communicator, listener and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Aware of current fashion trends.
• Sales skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer‑service and retail experience.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
