We’re hiring a Cocktail Server for Barto
, our stylish lobby bar featuring handcrafted cocktails and Latin-Caribbean–inspired small plates. Located in the heart of Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort
, our 374-room oceanfront property offers multiple dining venues, a full-service spa, and resort-style amenities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable, elevated experiences for every guest.

• As a Cocktail Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.

• 2+ years as a server in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge about pairings and beverages; a spirit to serve.

Shift Pattern: Barto is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’re seeking team members with flexible, open availability, as schedules will vary based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $15 per hour
